We are a management company that includes in-house technical, HSEQ, operations, leasing, purchasing and crew desks in the same office.

The future plan of our company is to expand its fleet and to work with experienced personnel who will always provide the best service to this fleet. Most of our employees have experience onboard merchant vessels for years as Master and Chief Engineer. We equip the ships we operate with experienced personnel. The office and the ship’s crew work in contact with each other to get the best results with their experience in all situations.

For the ships we operate, we work with an experienced team with smooth operation management and the best procurement methods.

OPERATION

Our operations department is handling the day- to -day activities of the company and our fleet vessels as well.

The major roles of our department in our organization are collaborating with other departments in the daily activities of the company and maximizing safe and economic utilization of the ships.

HSEQ

With the awareness that commercial success can only be achieved by putting Human, Safety, Environment and Quality factors in the center within the framework of the general understanding of our business, zero accident, zero harm to environment, zero injury and zero life loss issues have been chosen as the target.

TECHNICAL

Technical department is responsible to supervise and keep proper maintenance, repairs, surveys and technical supplies, spares for our fleet vessels as well as keeping PMS on board.

Our first concern, ensure to keep running of all technical components of our fleet vessels and provide top quality maintenance, repair standarts as well.

PROCUREMENT

Knowing that supplies are vital for the vessels, as we “Purchasing Department of Movers”, are strongly aware of its importance.

We are providing all kind of vessel needs, such as provision, consumables and spares, in good quality at proper location with optimal/competitive prices considering both company and vessel benefits.

HUMAN RESOURCES

As we “Brisote Ship Management Corp.” committed to provide safe, secure, environmentally friendly and healthy working conditions for our office staff and ship’s crew at our fleet vessels as well.

CHARTERING

Chartering activity of Movers has been handled by its in-house Chartering Section manned with highly qualified and experienced staff in the segment of Handy-size, Panamax and Post Panamax and as well as MPP tonnages.
